contract designer - restaurant development project

A new restaurant live stage concept coming soon to Vancouver. Osita is a blend of west coast comfort and Spanish inspired flavours and service.

Osita is the next phase in the development of a local love story. The idea has evolved from the creation of Osito (Ositoevents.ca). A company dedicated to creating platforms for local artistic expression. Created in 2019 by Jesse Sugarman and Jennifer Lynch (now also Sugarman).  Osito became a new standard in Vancouver for local artist to showcase their talent. Osita will continue this story.

Osita is owned & operated by Jesse Sugarman solely (along with two investors), and is also the mastermind behind the restaurant design and menu concept.

Jesse Sugarman is also one of the owners of The Charlatan on Commercial Drive. This is is second restaurant, and first solo project, a dream he has been chasing since Lynch & Sugarman met in 2016.
