Oak + Fort

Minimal : characterized by the use of simple or primary forms or structures, especially geometric.

 

Using a palette comprised of monochromatics i created a thoughtfully designed mini collection In line with the oak + fort design philosophy. Highlights of copper are used as a point of difference Adding a tiny pop of colour in an otherwise tonal collection. Geometric lines are used in small Doses to create a point of difference in basic pieces.

 

After completing store research i felt that there were a lot of menswear staple items missing in the Stores that could easily be included in this collection. My choices were core items with an updated Twist that the oak + fort man could wear from season to season and easily style with pieces from Past and future collections.  

 

As the menswear collections continue to grow and become a larger part of the company, it would Be my suggestion for it to be moved closer to the front of the stores as currently it is easily lost in a sea of neutral colours in the back corner.
